Will robots replace my staff?
+
No. They take the repetitive work so the same team covers peaks without agency staff, and recovered hours go back into time with guests. Japan’s first robot hotel retired half its robots in 2019 because it tried to replace hospitality itself. We don’t.
Will they fit our corridors and lifts?
+
That is what the survey answers. The J20 is 117 mm tall, FlashBot Max passes 60 cm corridors and BellaBot Pro 65 cm aisles. Lift and door connection depends on your lifts, so we confirm it on site rather than promise it.
Do we need building works or plumbing?
+
No. Robots map your floors in a visit and charge from a normal socket. Wi-Fi and a power point near each dock are usually all you need.
What happens if a robot breaks?
+
Call us 08:00–20:00, seven days. We respond within four working hours and send an engineer within two working days if needed. On rental, a unit out of action for more than three days through no fault of yours is replaced or credited.
Can we try before we commit?
+
Yes. The survey is free and needs no purchase order, and we run demonstrations and trials in your own hotel with written daily results, so you decide on evidence.
How much does a hotel robot cost?
+
It depends on the robot, how many you need and whether you rent or buy. We quote in writing after a free site survey, against your measured floors, never before. Rental spreads the cost monthly over 36 or 60 months with installation, servicing and support included.
Can we rent a robot instead of buying one?
+
Yes. Robots-as-a-Service (RaaS) is a monthly rental, billed in advance by Direct Debit, with installation, mapping, training, servicing, software updates and UK support included. You can also buy outright with a 12-month warranty.
Are hotel robots safe around guests and children?
+
Yes. Each robot uses LiDAR and depth cameras to see people and obstacles and slows or stops for them. BellaBot Pro also projects a warning pattern on the floor at blind corners.
Which robot should a small hotel start with?
+
Most hotels start with the job that costs them most hours: the J20 for housekeeping, BellaBot Pro or PuduBot 2 for breakfast, or the Keenon C40 for public areas. The free survey tells you which will pay back first.
Do you cover the whole of the UK?
+
Yes. We survey, install and support hotel robots across the UK, with engineers on site within two working days if a fault can’t be fixed remotely.
