The Keenon KLEENBOT C40 is a 4-in-1 commercial cleaning robot that sweeps, vacuums, scrubs and dust-pushes in one machine. It tells carpet from hard floor on its own, so it moves from a carpeted corridor to a marble lobby without anyone changing a setting.
A triple-brush system keeps dry and wet waste apart, and strong suction dries the floor within about 30 seconds of scrubbing, so there are no wet patches for guests to slip on.

Yes. It detects carpet and hard floor automatically and switches between vacuuming and scrubbing.
How much looking after does it need?
Its modular design takes about 35 seconds of daily care, and the dirty-water tank lifts out to be washed.
Can it move between floors?
It can pass lifts and doors through building integration. Lift connection is specific to each building, so we confirm it at the survey.
