Guest welcome and concierge · Enchanted Tools
Mirokaï hotel concierge robot
Not a cost-saving machine. A brand one.
Mirokaï is a character robot from Enchanted Tools in Paris. It notices a guest arriving, turns to greet them, answers in the language it is spoken to, and walks them to the lift, the spa or the restaurant rather than pointing.
It balances on a single ball, moves at walking pace among people, and its compliant arms can take an object and hand it over: a welcome pack, a key card wallet, a menu. It is the robot that turns an opening into a news story.
Enchanted Tools’ own deployments include hospitals, nursing homes and concierge work at Lyon–Saint Exupéry Airport. We have no live UK Mirokaï deployment to report yet.

Mirokaï questions
What languages does Mirokaï speak?
It answers in the language a guest speaks to it, without anyone choosing from a menu.
Can Mirokaï use the lift or move between floors?
Lift, door and multi-floor movement are specific to each building. We scope them at the survey and confirm in writing.
Is Mirokaï a cost-saving robot?
Not mainly. It is bought for the guest experience and the attention it brings, so we pitch it on arrival experience and press value, not labour savings.
How much does the Mirokaï cost?
We quote in writing after a free site survey, never before we have seen your floors. You can rent the Mirokaï monthly as Robots-as-a-Service, with installation, servicing and support included, or buy it outright.
